Nice clean modern decor hotel. Room was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk into town and close to the racecourse which was the main reason for our stay

When i booked via Expedia i forgot to book a breakfast, so i asked for a breakfast. The charge would be £40. (As opposed to £8) A / i felt that this was excessive B / not prepared to discuss or negotiate Do styles NOT want customers. I was always told about customer service. Customers are important in a service business
