The room we had doesn’t close toilet door, has to used the little bin in the toilet to hold the door close. The water in the shower has a low water pressure so it took a long time to shower.

A Britannia hotel close to both town and the sea- great location. A lift as well as stairs, though the corridors can be a maze at times. Friendly staff and a clean, open reception area. The windows don't open far, so not sure how hot it could get, and the water temp/pressure can be uneven (2nd floor) but a lovely and economic place to stay. Recommend and will use again.

I had two nights in heathland,for 3rd this year but this time been bad,was very hot asked the manager to give me a fan because the one in the room doesn’t work,the window opens only 3 inches high that joke i hit only small fan doesn’t do anything this the last time I’m staying there unless the change the window adjustment

I really liked that he what so close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and in a very quiet street.

We always enjoy staying at the heathlands staff are alway polite and friendly and entertainment is always very entertaining.
