I booked the hotel mainly for the EV charging, which was out of order when I arrived. The receptionist did advise I could use one of the sister hotel's chargers. The car park is extremely tight, so if you've got a big car - beware! The hotel is rather dated & in desperate need of some TLC - The staff were all friendly. They had run out of the wine I wanted.. no biggie. They were dog friendly.. big plus!

Stayed with our 9 week old baby and was given a room only accessible via stairs not ideal. The room was spacious, but must had been next to a generator or aircon unit as we could constantly hear whirring and banging throughout the night. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again.

Next to Bournemouth beach which is a big plus. The restaurant menu is very limited, and the breakfast is basic. The parking on-premise is great, and again the convenience because of the location is fantastic. Good value for money overall. Next time I would not do breakfast here, but instead spend that money to go out to one of the many options in town.

The hotel is in an amazing location! Right on the beach and walkable distance to the centre. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The rest of the hotel is a little out dated but still a nice hotel. The one thing that really did let this place down is the staff. Everyone we met was very unwelcoming, we didn’t even get a hello when we checked in. I don’t think we saw one member of staff smile and it is a shame because this hotel has so much potential to be even better. I would stay here again because the location is great but I wouldn’t hold out any expectations to be greeted in a friendly way or made to feel welcome.
