We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and while the resort itself is impressive and visually stunning, the service didn’t consistently reflect a 5-star experience — often feeling closer to 3-star. Many staff were excellent and deserve recognition, particularly Pedro in TRS, Odon in the Japanese restaurant, and Maria, our WhatsApp concierge, who was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, reception was a major letdown. Staff were unfriendly and our checkout experience was very poor. We were overcharged on our bill and, when queried, reception could not provide a printed invoice. This left a very bad impression as we departed and felt unprofessional for a hotel of this calibre. We also had issues with our room keys/wristbands being deactivated twice during our stay, both times in the evening, resulting in a 10-minute walk back to reception. Although resolved, it was their error and we expected a better apology. Despite having premium drinks included, these were unavailable in the sports bar and pool bar, with no clear explanation. Premium spirits also had to be specifically requested or you were given local brands by default. The steak restaurant charged extra for “premium” cuts, which felt unreasonable for an all-inclusive resort. The outdoor jacuzzi failed on two occasions, only discovered after filling it. Minor but frustrating issues also added up — the upstairs minibar wasn’t replenished, adapters weren’t available to borrow (requiring a $12)

We had a very warm welcome by the staff and in our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. For example, we had issues with our 3rd party airport shuttle and Brando assisted with securing a different ride.

This was probably the worst food i have had at an all inclusive. What a disservice to your employees. They all do an excellent job and then people will not come back because your food was so terrible. 5 star hotel with 2 star food

The resort is beautiful and well maintained; the room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and great for walking. The activities were enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I disliked the loud music that was piped in everywhere except the beach. While it’s an all inclusive resort make sure to bring plenty of small bills for tips.

C est vraiment le meilleur hotel que j ai fais au Mexique! Pour en avoir fais plusieurs je recommande. Nous etions une famille de 6 2 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons pris les chambres reguliere. La nourriture, les piscines tout etait wow.

Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family. Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!

5 star in every respect resort. We had great service especially our concierge. Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

Our VIP Concierge (Maria) Grand Palladium was very responsive and helpful in arranging nightly dinner reservations for our large family group.

The room was great, excellent view. I loved that there was always something to do regardless of the time of day. The trip was extra special because I had exclusive access to an Expedia staff member on WhatsApp. Maria was so helpful and checked in on me, made sure I had my dinner reservations confirmed. My only concern was that housekeeping staff entered my room twice, despite telling them in person and having the do not disturb sign on both days. I had no valuables so didn't think much about it, but something to keep in mind when leaving the room.

Pros: Beautiful, well-maintained hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The à la carte restaurants were just okay. The beach was nice. Cons: We tried to make dinner reservations in advance but were unable to get the restaurants or times we requested. Be aware that if you don’t have reservations for the à la carte restaurants, you will have to eat at the buffet, which was not good. The nightly shows were very basic and boring—definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star resort. There were only two restaurants open for breakfast for a resort with over 600 rooms, and the food was bland and basic, with limited options. Drinks were watered down. There were not many activities for kids besides the kids’ club. Overall, the stay was not worth the money. We would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Odd layout. Everything is far and there are only 2 golf carts operating that are constantly full. If you have any difficulty walking long distances do not book. If you don’t mind walking 15 mins every time you want to go to the beach or the theater for shows then everything else was pretty good.
