Absolutely amazing. Service, food, drinks, hospitality was top notch. Probably the best resort i’ve ever been too. The beach was crystal clear. Property is well kept, and everything about this resort was super relaxing. They really value the Expedia VIP perks like room upgrade, free hydrotherapy, Late check out, & discounted massages. We will definitely be back!!!!!

It was the best experience we ever had! Starting from greeting desk we met only extremely pleasant staff people! This applies to every aspect of our stay in Majestic Elegance. Unfortunately I don't remember names of all those pleasant people, but I still want to mention Gabriel Moo,who served us in several food centers, Elias and Jose from Japanese Restaurant, Maria, Fernando and Jorge from Steak House, Juan from towel exchange and tours selling center. That doesn't mean that other staff people were worse, just my memory not so good quickly to recall all names. And additionally I want to mention greeting ladies from Flavors Buffet: always nice and pleasant - very professional. Room itself and cleanliness in it was always at the top! We are going to come back here on one of our next vacations.

We had the most incredible honeymoon at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The resort’s secluded location was perfect—away from the crowds of Cancun, with stunning landscapes and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating they were with my gluten allergy. Joy, the food concierge went above and beyond to provide me with gluten- free options. At every restaurant and even at the buffet, the chefs personally came to my table to ask if I wanted anything special. I was able to enjoy gluten-free waffles, pancakes, pizza, and toast, which was such a treat! The service was outstanding, and having a personal butler made the experience even more special. Each guest is assigned a butler who takes care of reservations, brings anything you need to the room, and ensures your stay is seamless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and quick to assist with an upbeat, positive energy. You didn’t have to wait at the bar for drinks at the pool, waiters checked in regularly making it so easy to relax. The resort was impeccably maintained—each morning, we saw workers cleaning, painting, and gardening to keep everything looking pristine. There was also plenty to do, with daily activities, live music, and shows. For those looking for adventure, there were excursions like snorkeling, ATVing, zip-lining, and sailing. The stay was amazing. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. Elegant for sure! Our butler victor was great. Made our stay easy and smooth! Anything we wanted he would do his best to get and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He escorted us to our romantic dinner, left us little treats, and was genuine and kind!

My wife was injured at this property and had to be taken by ambulance at my cost to hospital that wanted 22K US dollars. Ship slipped and fell on off a structure by the beach not maintained during poor weather with broken wood. The staff didn't help, and I had to pay a lot of money to have her extracted back to the USA for proper medical attention.

Terrible experience. They over charged us, we was supposed to have a butler and never met him, bugs in our room, and not many activities for their guest. Restaurants had weird opening and closing times. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
