The first time I stayed here I had no issues so I came back the following week. When we came to check in, their system was down and they weren’t able to activate our room keys, the front desk was required to bring us up to our rooms. We asked her if we can add breakfast for the next day and she said she can’t because the system is down but it shouldn’t be a problem. So we get into our rooms and there is a black dark stain on the carpet near the bed. We ask front desk if we can switch the room because we are not comfortable with that stain. She said that a lot of rooms have it and if she changes our room we might get another stain. So we just left it as that. The next day we go down to eat breakfast and the woman at the breakfast bar say our room number is not written down saying we pre booked breakfast so she said she will give us a receipt and we can pay after we eat. So we get the receipt and it shows 12.95 per persons I went to the front desk and spoke to the male with the glasses and I told him it should be 10£ per person not 12.95 and he said no because we didn’t pre book the day before. I explained to him that was because their system was down and the girl at front desk said it was ok we would still get it for £10. The guy was not friendly,, he just kept repeating the same thing and we ended up having to pay £12.95/person. He was rude and not understanding at all. I would not recommend coming to this hotel
