We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is generally very clean and comfortable although on this occasion, I felt that the bath/shower could have been cleaner. I really enjoy use of the pool and sauna. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and breakfast and are looking forward to staying again.

Only issue i have is cant get proper crean for coffee, seems like only certain minorites get preferential treatment , nothing but semi skimmed or plant based milks :(

It is located at the airport making it convenient since we had early flight at 6.15am. There is a bus stop right at the front of the hotel so going into the city is convenient.

Convenient for airport. Check in staff were great. Restaurant staff less attentive and it was really expensive to eat there (we won’t be going there for food or drink again!)

This hotel was ideally located only a 10 minute walk from the airport and is well signposted. We stayed here and used the tram to get into Edinburgh town. The price of food and drink was quite expensive, £4.55 for a hot chocolate from a machine, however the location and the lovely hotel, we would just remember to eat outside of the hotel next time. We would definitely stay back in the hotel.

The staff in the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, and the woman who checked us in was great, but management was really rude when we requested a refrigerator for our toddler's medication.

Breakfast average - have had better Service ok - waits at check in and check out- lunch was nice,if bit overpriced- service polite but not friendly Chose this as I was returning late to Edinburgh airport so was great just crossing the road and going to bed

Great location near the airport, clean and everything you would expect from Hilton. Was not impressed with staff saying we could not eat a pot noodle in the lobby seating area when others where eating food from outside
