We loved staying in this hotel. Everything was new, clean, beds were very comfortable. Area was amazing, lots of food options, one block from the train. Would absolutely stay there again

We stayed for 4 nights. 2 adults and one child. Room was so small we could hardly open our bags . Our bags were carry on still we couldn’t. Breakfast was not good too. Very limited items. It was not worth so much money we spent. Also it said waterfront and that’s not a waterfront property. We paid for waterfront.

Conveniently located, 2 to 3 miles, outside Edinburgh central area. Easy access by tram, bus, taxi and Uber. Fantastic British breakfast daily. Clean rooms. Yes, small, like a cruise ship. But great accommodation. Great price. Terrific staff. Loved this stay.
