Check in experience was a nightmare. We were given attitude from an attendant named caroline. we requested early check in, were told it was a $50 charge before 11am. it was around 10 so we waited, we went to check in after 11am, were then told we now need to wait until 1-2pm by caroline, where she threw a towel card and 2 wrist bands at us. no explanation to what the towel card even was. we just got off a cruise, we wanted to relax, if we were told that, we would’ve just paid the $50. my partner went to talk to her and explain we were told we had a room ready. she then proceeded to state if we check in, we would be on a lower floor. “the lower floor” room was right above their main enterance, you could smell cigarette smoke/weed all night and say so you couldnt sit outside and enjoy the few of their rotting roof, and there was this obnoxious loud dripping noise that didnt stop from sun up to sun down. this room is shouldnt even be a room and they should never rent it out. but i feel as if caroline was annoyed and decided to check us into their nightmare room. we left a review during our stay so Andre was kind enough to give us late check out for free, but in the review we mention the extremely loud obnoxious noise that didnt end, and nothing was done. this place is not a resort, its a nickle and dime motel with a horrible restaurant, and each “amenity” costs you money to use aside from their pool area.

This was my first time visiting Florida, and decided to stay here. The food was horrible and over priced. I paid $50 dollars for two orders of French toast and juice. The pizza was $40 and tasted like it came from a freezer. Bed sheets don’t get changed with house keeping, halls had a weird smell. Also had to pay to use beach chairs on the beach. Only thing good to say was the staff was very kind and respectful. I don’t see myself staying here again. Thank you.

Overall very nice place to stay. Staff at front desk is very friendly and professional. Parking valet personnel very friendly. Considering the layout of parking lot to hotel I personally believe valet is not at all necessary and should not be an additional expense. I personally preferred getting my own car after all it’s not like you’re parking vehicles in a garage. It’s parked less than 50 feet away. Another con is the cleaning staff. Very slow and rude. Most don’t understand English and don’t understand what you are requesting when they enter your room. Also sometimes our room was cleaned by noon and the next by 7-8 in the evening. The only dining area is very expensive. Especially coffee/tea $3.50 for 4 oz cup and you have to request a refill. Small portions and cold meat. Very disappointing. Lobby and open areas are very nice - clean and beautiful. Pool and hot tub area beautiful and well maintained. However you have to pay for a chair on the beach Very disappointing. Last item is the room balcony area. It is never cleaned and very dirty. Location is awesome. Walking distance to whatever you may want
