Initially we were given a room with a connecting door to next room so we could hear every word. After contacting reception we were moved to a different room. Its a busy hotel, conferences taking place etc and building work. Great for business, not so great if you want to sleep in beyond 6/7am

We arrived early and we were directed to the car park. I was informed that the parking was to pay for when checking out. On further inspection I realised that parking was prepaid. This was rectified by the 2nd check-in person I saw. Couple of other points I have a blue badge and you only have 2 spaces in front of hotel. Maybe allocate some near the lift in the car park. Bar staff could be trained how to make an Irish coffee. I asked for an Irish coffee with disaronno instead of whiskey and got a cappuccino with disaronno in rather than a glass of coffee with whipped cream on top.

Excellent hotel, location is perfect for the town centre for the shops, bars & restaurants that are about a 5 - 10 minute walk. Also has the advantage of a large car park with very reasonable rate, add to this the staff are very friendly & professional. The hotel is also spotlessly clean. Will be staying again, thank you.
