Friendly staff. Received a room upgrade for our anniversary stay which was great. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast very good standard. Would stay again without hesitation.

Hotel is in a great location although the works around the train station don’t help this for convenience (not the fault of the hotel). Check in was easy and the staff are very good. Was requested to download an app to find out when room is ready but this function did not work even though the room was ready earlier. We upgraded to a suite over a standard room but I don’t really see the value in this. Not a great view from either window (both of train station roof) and quite a bit of exterior noise from train station. Bedroom was lovely and huge bed but not a great layout on lounge area. Sofa not position well for TV so just seems a little wasteful for space. Large mirror in lounge area for getting ready but no plug sockets in the room for hair dryer etc… and have to unplug the light to use the iron as there is only one socket (as opposed to the many in the bedroom but no space or even a mirror at all in there). Finally one lift was not working, these things can happen but for a hotel of this size it made getting in/out very disruptive. All in all I think it is a lovely hotel but the room and options I chose made it not as good value for money. I would stay again but I’d not look at upgrades and would look more favourably at other properties.

Our 1st time staying in the Queens Hotel Leeds, the room and hotel in general were really nice, slight problem with fridge not being cold for our dog's food and water. Good that he hotel is pet friendly but could not find or didn't see any dog station for treats etc. Will definitely be visiting again, reception staff very welcoming. Thank you for a nice stay.

Lovely hotel, it's my go to when a shopping trip is on the cards,or an overnight stay to see a show. Perfect position for the train station and the shops.We will be back again.

After a lovely evening out returned to hotel and decided to remain downstairs in reception bar area.my husband went to the bar and ordered a glass of white wine and glass of red wine which he was then told that wine was only sold by the bottle....totally astounded by this , a bottle with a meal in a restaurant most likely but never had to buy it from the bar . My husband and I have been to many hotels and bars over the years and this is first time we've cone across this . Disappointed we went upto our room

Great location

Hotel is in great location, just steps from the train station and close to city Center and shopping. Hotel is extremely nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of nighttime security which made you tell safe.

Absolutely 5 stars

Exceptional service for the price! The breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety of options. The location couldn’t be more convenient since you can literally roll your suitcase straight in from Leeds train station through the rear entrance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I accidentally left a small bag in my room after check-out, and when I called, they quickly retrieved it and kept it safely at reception for me to collect later. The on-site restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent — tasty dishes with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Definitely worth a try!

Very convenient for train station, not affected by any noise. Had a lovely meal in Cinnamon Kitchen which is part of hotel. Lovely rooms, very nice staff. Only downside - we were going to have a walk after our meal last night but bothered by man asking for a pound for a meal deal as soon as we stepped outside - we are 2 ladies on our own so probably fine if you’re in a couple. Would still come to stay here again though
