Great spot to stay

The people working at the hotel would bend over backwards for you. There isn’t anything they wouldn’t do to try to help you and make your stay better. The room was fine a very good average.

The hotel is literally minutes from the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good

Family break

We took our grandson in family room ,he loved it! Shower was lovely ,room was spotless, breakfast had lots choice. We were visiting Life Centre which was round the corner. We were able to leave our luggage at hotel while visiting Life Centre. Price for family room with breakfast was excellent ,even tho school holidays . Will definatly return .

Football stop over

Stayed here just for one night,what a great central hotel ,just a 10 minute walk into town,car parking right next door,room was very clean & spacious,will definitely stay again when visiting Newcastle.

Fantastic Staff

After choosing this hotel due to the location to the hospital due to a family illness whist on holiday the staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was as stress free as possible. The staff are polite accommodating and very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us they are a credit to the company.
