Nice locations and breakfast was amazing. Not happy about the welcome. Not professional at all. Parking was in the plaza next to the hotel. It is on the top floor. Not convenient if you have a few suit cases, and it cost £10 for a 24-hour period which was never mentioned at the time of the hotel booking.

Warm, professional check in. Room spotless although I would have expected the room to have been updated and decorated whilst being closed. The inside of the wardrobe, drawers and doors were in need of being painted.

Large, comfortable room in a historic building. Excellent location on the Quayside - walking distance from centre (or 5 mins via Q3 bus). Staff excellent.

Like the quirkiness of the Malmaison hotels and the dining is always first class! Superior room was a good sized room but felt it should of had a few extra touches like bottled water, bathrobes etc. Parking facilities very good, reasonably priced and close to hotel. As with all Malmaisons well worth the extra £2 for a cooked breakfast.
