Great hosts & a lovely clean Guesthouse right in the centre of Tynemouth. Breakfast was superb. Newcastle easily reached by the Metro. Would definitely recommend.

Prime location, excellent tea room and bedroom, staff very friendly. Parking is a bit of a problem and it can be noisy at night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Thank you so much for your 5 out of 5 review, it is much appreciated. We are a lively village, it’s trrue but it is busier on a bank holiday weekend than normal . We look forward to seeing you again soon .

the hosts are fantastic, nothing is a problem, breakfast great, rooms comfortable & clean although next time I will go for a bigger room, parking not the greatest but easily manageable. The hosts are also aware of and can cater for Gluten Free. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be going back and would defo recommend a visit
