Mattress had collapsed at one side. Most uncomfortable night ever. Mentioned to staff but no action taken.

Lovely hotel and staff, unfortunately the room had heating on which you could not turn off which made for uncomfortable sleeping

Room access difficult and no bellmen.

Cons: Information on accessibility for the elderly or mobility impaired. Bellmen.
Location: Close to beach.
I was given a room on the first floor but this required climbing a flight of stairs, opening a door, walking a narrow corridor, opening another door, descending a flight of stairs, another door to open opening to an extremely narrow set of stairs, at the bottom of which was my room. I had to balance my luggage on the narrow stairs not an easy feat. The room was small but clean, but looked out onto an alley and was quite dark. The next morning I had to repeat the process in reverse. Being over 70 years old this was not a good experience. The staff that I met were pleasant but there was no bellmen so guests are left to there own devices. The free wi fi did not work in the room so I had to sit in the small but extremely busy lobby to access the internet, but lost connection often and had to reconnec every few minutes.

Okay Stay

Pros: Handy for where I needed to be on a business trip.
Cons: Management should tell staff not to stand outside bedrooms chatting at times when people will be sleeping.
Booked for one night for a business trip. First room was in the basement and wasn't suitable. I asked to move rooms and was given one overlooking a flat roof. In the early hours of the morning I could hear some noise and people talking. Assume it was the night staff but it's not very considerate of them to stand outside chatting near bedrooms. Breakfast was nice.
