The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had forgotten my phone charger and they lent me one with no fuss. The hotel and communal areas were clean. The gym has plenty of equipment and even a separate studio room.

The location, room, view and hotel amenities were excellent. The Harbour Bar and restaurant was also excellent for meetings and also for entertaining and for breakfast on the final morning of my stay.

Stayed on the 4th floor and was told that the phones on the entire 4th floor hadn't worked in at least 2 months. What? This is supposed to be a 5 start hotel. I was told that children could swim at designated hours. I waited for those hours and was then told that my children were bothering other guests and they couldn't swim. The breakfast was awful. I even gave it a second try. Still not good. Thermostat didn't function properly so the room was either way too hot or too cold. Also, the key cards never worked. This was my 2nd stay here, but probably my last.
