due to unseasonal storm i could not travel to hotel . with train cancellations and unavailable seating i did not manage to get there but they kept my money. disgusting behaviours even when asked by Expedia several times to refund. this was to be a treat for my partner recovering from breast cancer . no empathy shown . money is their only interest you dont count. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We love this chain but it’s the first time we’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo in York. Exactly the standard of service we expect and the surroundings are lovely. Gorgeous breakfast too - help yourself to tighter, juices and pastries and then waiter service for the hot breakfast. It turns out that as IHG members we were also entitled to a late check out at no extra cost! Great trip and we will definitely check out Hitel Indigo in more cities.

Great hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean! Great location, just a short walk away from some great places to eat & drink! We went to a coffee shop called Le Speciality which was a couple of minutes walk away and the coffee was amazing! Overall a great hotel - would stay again!

Stayed in a King bed with a pull out couch for our son. The pull out had it's own attached room which was nice. Staff stored our luggage when we arrived before check in time and provided us with a map and tips on sight seeing and restaurants.
