Perfect place to stay

Have stayed twice before - always clean and well presented. Lots of people there over bank holiday but no change to great service. Most comfortable pillows. Feel like I’m gushing but have stayed at some sub standard places recently so it was really, really nice to stay here

Rooms are tiny and a bit run down. The AC unit was noisy at night and kept us up. I would not recommend it; we did not sleep well.

Sadly i had to inform Reception that the power sockets in the room were not working so was unable to dry my hair or charge my mobile phone...lucky i had a portable charger with me but not much use for drying my hair.

Heating not working in room complained to front desk who promised to look into it. Next night no heating this went on all 4days of my stay. Had to wear my clothes all night as it was so cold. When I spoke to other visitors they all had issues with the heating. What sort of hotel does not make guests welfare a priority?
