It was there worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The hotel and rooms were so far removed from the description that im going to contact trading standards and will not use ebookers again as I entrusted my stay to you web services

Disgustingly unclean, water pressure ridiculous, beds are terruble, changed 3 rooms until there wss one that was decent enough fir human habitat. Never again will i stag kn kns of ghese dumps...website and images are so deceiving. Disgusting.

the shower was not working properly, water was not coming. the toilet was dirty. The room did not look anywhere close to the pictures. the mattress was very uncomfortable. would not recommend to anyone or visit the place again. Thank you

Hotel is convenient for the Barclaycard arena.

Pros: The bedrooms and reception are very pleasant and clean. The staff are really good, friendly and helpful.
Cons: This hotel could be improved by keeping up with minor repairs and making sure the rooms are properly equipped. Cook breakfasts when ordered.
The hotel is a very nice hotel spoilt slightly by a few minor but irritating things. One of our rooms had no pillowslips on the pillows. The room I stayed in had no cups, the bolt was broken on the bathroom door, the window catch was broken and the toilet roll holder was broken. All these things could be put right easily but would improve the hotel enormously. The breakfast was really bad the first morning . It had obviously been cooked and left to keep warm, the bacon was uneatable as it was overcooked and the egg was dried up. The breakfast the second morning was much better. The breakfasts are large.

Ok hotel

The hotel is good.. wall are very thin.. you can hear everything on whats happening in the rooms when you walk past..
