The breakfast menu was fresh and replenished throughout. The staff from reception to lifeguard go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! The grounds and building itself is lovely though a little dated which has no impact on your actual stay. We used the pool and the temperature was a tad cool, but jacuzzi and sauna room was fantastic. Having said this the shower temperature in the leisure was piping hot and this area I believe needed some maintenance with painting etc. Overall a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend, you won’t regret it.

Our family stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The pool area & leisure facilities were great - clean and well presented. We included breakfast in our rate and it was superb- plenty of choice; healthy and less healthy, with my husband’s coeliac needs well met. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and were always able to help with any question. We would certainly stay again!

The hotel is set on stunning grounds, it was so nice to drive in and observe the wildlife. The staff were absolutely wonderful, warm; welcoming and informative. We were welcomed by Oben and Kyle who were a great front of house team. The hotel was our base for the night when we were watching a show at the BP Pulse. The hotel is really well located to the NEC, with easy links to other lovely local amenities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The room had all of the amenities that you'd expect but there was a general feeling of shabbyness. Things needed renewing (grout in the bathroom for example) and had been neglected. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were all very thin and soft. I could have done with a firmer option. Parking was easy and close by. Staff were friendly but the reception area smelled so strongly of air freshener that I could practically taste it.

Only stayed as a stopover when picking up a new car from Birmingham, so didn’t get a chance to use any of the leisure facilities etc, but pre-booked half-board which was a 3 course evening meal (a fair choice of options, and to a good standard), and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of good quality options. The room was nicely appointed and clean. Overall booking the half-board package, I felt was good value for money and I would stay there again.
