Hotel staff were very nice and bed was very comfortable. Only thing I was not too impressed about was that it took so long for food and drink to be served in the restaurant and cafe. Food was very delicious but it took ages.

Great hotel, high quality and wonderful food well cooked by an experienced chef. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the continual passage of very noisy carts being pushed through the bar area. So noisy that conversation had to stop!

Spotless and comfortable

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever I had any queries. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was reasonably priced. I have rebooked for when I need to return to Birmingham later on in the year.
