Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering it was cooked to order. We have stayed here several times and will definately return.

EV charging available when I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming and directed me to my room and offered to book me a table for dinner. I was in the annexe building and the room was spacious, with a good sized bed, large powerful shower and good coffee making facilities. This was stop over trip the night before a meeting in Birmingham and wood 100% stay here again.

I stayed here to visit my son at Birmingham University. The hotel was just fantastic. The room was so clean and welcoming and spacious too. I was wowed when I walked in. The shower was hot and powerful and I had a couple of the best nights sleep in the double bed all to myself. I didn't eat at the hotel, but the tea and coffee facilities in the room were great. Coffee bags rather than granules and decaf tea bags too. I was so impressed with this hotel, even though it was a short 2 night stay. I wish that it had been for longer! It is also only a 12 min ish walk to the train station to get in to the city centre. All round excellent. I will be back!
