Notice very busy staff that have to deal with reception and bar at the same time. Breakfast with the cornflakes container empty and when I asked she removed the empty container and said sorry finish!! Room key card need to reset after every use got tired going up and down to reset and notice not only me! But clean, cosy with clean bathroom and tea top up daily. tired

Room was fine though no hand towels. When we asked we were informed the “Ibis standard” did not include hand towels. I’ve stayed here before and there used to be hand towels…. Odd way to cut costs. Bed, on the other hand, was more comfy than I remembered

The hotel is ok if you need the airport. I only stayed as a very early flight. Meal in restaurant was over priced and not that great.

Room was freezing cold. Heating system didn't seem to work properly. Summer duvet on bed, no extra blankets. Not enough staff for volume of people checking in and to manage the bar.

The stay it’s self was very enjoyable The beds were amazing very clean and Comfortable Some marks/stains on the carpet but really didn’t bother us at all The only thing that was an issue and did affect us There was no heat in the room at all it was stone Cold We were given an electric heater but that wasn’t all that great They need to sort that issue out But apart from that it was a very pleasant stay
