Nice Hotel - great staff nice & friendly nothing was too much trouble - room very clean & warm with a good selection of tea & coffee even nice biscuits - very comfortable bed - Breakfast this morning was lovely & such a great selection to choose from - our breakfast waiter was great to will stay there again Thank you very much

Very comfortable room Breakfast was very tasty but I didn’t like not being able to help myself to juice, cereal fruit and coffee freely, this was very annoying seeing as there was only one person serving absolutely everything to a busy room of guests.

Lovely hotel

A great stay. It’s a lovely hotel - very friendly staff and excellent service. We had a standard double and it could have been updated, but overall was clean and large with all facilities you would expect. Quite cold as wall heater not adequate for size of room. Bring warm pyjamas. Bar also chilly, but very pleasant to sit and have a drink. We had a family get together at the festive Sunday lunch and it was excellent. Food very tasty and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

Very noisy, doors slamming constantly throughout the night. Thoroughly annoying having been travelling most of the day only to be told that there was no restaurant after 7 pm.

Christmas party - thought set up was a bit like a school canteen in long tables and made it difficult to get in and out to go to bar. Dance floor too small for number of people. Long waiting times to be served at bar. Food disappointing - Christmas dinner was turkey , parsnip, and roast potato (nice) but 5 sprouts and half a carrot was pathetic and looked minimal and very little effort.
