Really lovely hotel with lovely reception staff. Let us check in at 9 rather than 2:30 without any fees which was much needed after a 4am start! Great rooms, clean, comfy beds. The only thing that brings this place down is the Wifi. There is little to no signal in the area, and the hotel wifi is very patchy, which if they fix, this hotel would be perfect! Really great though, can’t fault anything else. If I could give 4.5, I would give 4.5 stars purely because the Wifi factor but all else is great. Have stayed before and will stay again!

Great hotel, nice staff.

Great hotel, not too far from Q-park so easy to get to. 40% discount on expensive parking (standard rate £25 for 24 hours - daylight robbery). If staying at hotel (get code!!) and PRE-BOOK!!! Special thank you to Matthew who was very professional and friendky. He also gave me an upgrade (as Gold member at Hotel.com).

Stayed for 3 nights while at the glasgow film festival. When i checked in there was no mention of a free drink as a silver member. When i mentioned it to reception they quickly sorted it out. Daily room service is only every 3 days unless you request a refresh. I hung my refresh sign on my door after my first night but it wasnt done. I mentioned it to reception and it was done after the second night. Free tea and coffee is helpful. No mention that the front door closes at night and the card swipe doesn't work so have to wait until someone sees you on the video which isn't great on a saturday night. Room is a bit small with not enough room to walk around the bed with the chair in place. Staff were friendly though.
