Dear Sara, Thanks for choosing to stay with us at the Apex City of Glasgow hotel and taking the time to leave us a review. I'm delighted to see that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you enjoying using our facilities. I'm sorry to see that you were not provided with the VIP services advertised as this is a service we would usually provide.
