We booked a Club room and it was very spacious and had complimentary alcohol beverages,snacks, soda. Had access to the executive lounge and it was nice. There were grab bars in the tub and shower. The only comment is that there were no USB ports. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to Train station.

Great place

This hotel is very conveniently located to the Queen trainstation. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A big Thank You to Stephen for helping us book our tour. It worked out great. The 7 floor restaurant called Windows was a great place to eat and see the rooftops of Glascow. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel: service, location, comfort!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room and furnishings were comfortable and clean. Good location in the city center with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.
