We booked executive but don’t think room lived up to that. Dark (not all lights were working), sink didn’t run well & the heating ran very loudly. Please upgrade your pillows, they were awful! On a very positive note the staff were amazing. Exec breakfast was just what we needed.

This hotel has become our favorite 😍 just off Buchanan Street, so handy for shops snd pubs. Got a free upgrade to Club room with balconey, just a shame it was raining. Here's to our next stay

Room and bathroom was exceptionally small, Check-in was easy exceptionally polite staff, breakfast was good with again excellent service throughout, checking out was slightly slower with only 1 person dealing with a steady queue therefore it took us 15 minutes to checkout

I booked executive room with executive lounge visit and free mini bar in room! Didn’t know what to expect but was very good, lovely lounge and pretty good choice of drinks and was crisps, crackers & cheese etc. Room was clean and very comfortable! We didn’t do breakfast so can’t comment on that !
