The hotel in general, staff and room would get perfect 5 stars! But our room was on the first floor and the bedroom out to the back (trash alley and car park). Unfortunately it was very loud in the evenings until late night, because there is a bar/pub/club that played loud music until far after midnight (not only on weekends) and several times at night and early morning someone poured empty glass bottles in one of the bins (I am assuming also from that pub).

The property was lovely. The room was very well kept and having a kitchen in the suite was great. The location was beyond words. Everything is a 15 minute walk or less and everything else you want to do is a bus or subway ride away. Couldn't be happier.

A must for all visitors to GLASGOW as a Glaswegian I recommend staying here great for all amenities I come here all the time very dog friendly and staff fantastic.

The hotel was clean and comfortable Very central for shops, bars and restaurants Didn’t sample the breakfast so cannot comment Reception staff were friendly and helpful Some decor was a bit tired and could do with an update Being a central city hotel there was a bit of noise from passers by outside. Would suggest asking for a high floor if you are a light sleeper!
