The staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional and polite. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they work so hard. Requests were taken care of quickly. They made our stay worthwhile. God bless them all. Everyone worked very hard. The amenities were practical and useful and added to the experience of freedom to eat in or eat out. Like having our own apartment, only with more service and amenities. We look forward to staying here again. Hopefully in the near future.

Lovely hotel in the heart of glasgows merchant city - amazing room with large comfy bed and all amenities in the kitchenette! My only issue was the noise - the street and local bars are so loud at night that it’s hard to sleep without ear plugs! The windows really should be sound proofed better

Wow! Fraser suites are lovely. Really nice, big apartment, spacious living room with kitchenette and all you could need to cook something in the room. Separate bedroom too. Staff really friendly and helpful, both at check in and later, so thanks very much for a lovely stay. We will be vack!

Bigger than expected! Definitely worthwhile for a couple or family. Very close to barrowland which was ideal for me. Only downside was there is a bar downstairs and you could hear the music until late which might keep some people awake. Other than that had a fantastic stay and will be coming back!
