As ever, the staff were superb in their service operations as well as their personal presentations. Room accommodation was to the highest standard, despite the rather obvious tribulations with the heating systems. We shall return soon.

The room was freezing cold. It was also noisy. You could hear the music from nearby pubs and the adjoining room. It felt like they were in the same room. We complained to the receptionist about the room temperature only not be told room was fine. Eventually after complaining they brought us a heater up.

The staff were fanstastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, with good selection of hot and cold items. The room was poor, the heating didnt work (the staff helped and provided a small fan heater), two of the lights in the room didnt work, the walls were stained, and the desk chair also had horrible brown stains. I dont think I would stay here again. Sorry.

Super breakfast with excellent efficient staff. Good location of hotel. Nice size room and good bathroom. Downstairs area nice. Unfortunately our room smelt strongly of lager and the bathroom door of our son’s room was off the rail so didn’t shut properly. Didn’t spoil the stay but would put me off staying again.

The hotel staff were excellent as there was a mistake with our booking They changed our room with no problem Breakfast was really book good and again staff were so helpful Only think has was a slight problem couldn’t not get our shower to run hot water and it was more dripping than a shower reported to staff will get fixed
