Stayed numerous times at this hotel and this is the first disappointing stay that we’ve had. Check in was very slow! Waited over 10mins with one member of staff trying to see to everyone. Breakfast service was awful! Manager of breakfast duty took our order, after waiting 25 minutes we complained as others were served before us. No apology from her, which is very unprofessional. Young girl that finally brought our food to us was lovely and apologised but it wasn’t her error. The manager of breakfast duty watched us leave and still no apology! Customer service needs addressed, a simple apology isn’t too much to ask from the person responsible.
Room was good standard as alway, very clean.
