Friendly, helpful staff. One member asked us to wait on room being readied and then disappeared forgot about us waiting. Lady at reception made up for his stupidity.

Asked if I could move room even stated I was more than happy to pay extra if I could be on other side of hotel. My issue was an external air conditioning or refrigeration system fan that was echoing up the enclosed space where my room was located. Reception were more than happy to assist though my complaint was not 1 they had heard before. I explained that I was checking out 0430 and that I’d be asleep early. They happily moved me to another room. From the 7th floor to the 4th floor still on the same side and closer to the recurring fan noise. Earplugs purchased at supermarket were a blessing

Great stay

We did not need parking. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Signed up for points which the hotel suggested. Breakfast was very nice.

Clean room with good facilities eg hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee etc. Very comfortable twin beds as requested in an adequate space. Perfect for a short stay. Excellent breakfast for a small supplement.

Staff was great! Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. However, the rooms were extremely small with no furniture or drawers to put clothes in. Not even a bench to put luggage on. We had to pile our clothes on chairs. Its really a hotel for 1 or 2 nights only. No plugs by the bedside, only on the desk. Not a leisure hotel. Great location.

We arrived later in the evening and parked in the reserved lot but felt very unsafe. Very poor lighting and many people around with no security. Our room was overcrowded with us having to climb over 1 of the beds to get to the other side of the room. Super inconvenient. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel.

Basic but works

So the room and everything was basic but good value for money with breakfast included Was convenient for me as I had an event there Good location I don't like carpets in rooms and the fire alarm at 6am did not help But the staff are super friendly and they deserve a Medal Congrats for the customer service
