The location was good. Check in and staff lovely. However, I have came home coved in bed bug bites. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but new mattresses were being delivered the day we left. Very disappointed as otherwise it was a good stay.

1. I had requested two beds, as shown in the photo when I selected the room. You sent a generic reply (“special request”), yet nothing was done.
2. I do not see a record of credits on my hotels.com account.
Disappointing…
The room is small by American standards, but is perfect for travelers who sleep and shower, but spend their days taking in the sights and culture surrounding them. The breakfast is perfect. The staff are efficient and friendly. They can help with anything you need.

You get what you pay for. Sadly heating didn’t work the whole day and it was freezing. Tv jumped the full time. Food was the best part of it as the lady was very nice that served us. Staff seemed very much disinterested and non engaging. My fiancée said hello the the young man on at night and was ignored- we thought he didn’t hear us so repeated a hello and still no reply. Just waste of £60 really. Could have stayed at time and had a heating system that worked as well as a working television!
