The room is smaller than our cabin on a cruise ship, no amenities, and noisy. Staff was polite, but one guy costs us 8 pounds because he didn’t know what he was doing for parking.

I wouldn't *rush* back. The curtains don't close all the way, so if you have a room with a window - not a given - then it gets bright very early. The street outside is very noisy. Also, the hallway and common areas stink of cigarette smoke, as does the lift. Room service are very noisy from very early. Terrible night's sleep.
