A warm welcome on arrival by very pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable but the only drawback was that you could not open the window for fresh air

Smart modern hotel

Pros: The staff were very helpful, and the room spacious and elegant
Cons: a fridge with some fresh milk, and it is a shame there is no parking, so a larger parking discount (currently 25%) would help.
Location: We used local shopping facilities, and restaurants, and looked around the art gallery
The hotel has dark grey modern decor, but the lighting in the room was nevertheless well designed

Amazing. Not to everyone's taste but..

This new hotel captures its market audience. The staff have to be complimented, friendly, helpful, smart but not stuffy, warm- any good business knows it's only as good as it's staff. The ambience is chilled, relaxed and just what we needed. Lovely bar, good drinks menu, food good, if aiming for 5* needs a little more work as prices v quality more competitive locally but this did not distract at all from a fantastic night and we will definitely return (soon) and have already recommended. Thank you.
