This hotel was great for the price. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and the location was very accessible along the subway line with easy travel to the city centre and other attractions. There is also a continental breakfast included in the stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York and would recommend to others.

False advertising. The rooms don’t look as nearly nice as the pictures. We walked in and the room smelt like must. When I called to asked about parking the guy hung up on me because I couldn’t hear him. I do not recommend at all the room just feels dirty I didn’t even want to lay on the bed. Me and my boyfriend left after 30 minutes and didn’t get any refunds.

Staff were nice and room was clean. Bed was a bit on the firm side and uncomfortable, but not too terrible. The mini “shower foam” bottle on the sink in our bathroom was half used - they should give a new one to each guest.

My recent stay at the Asiatic Hotel by LaGuardia Airport was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. It happened to be my birthday, and they treated me with such kindness and care that it genuinely made my day more special. I requested an iron and ironing board, and not only did they provide it immediately, but they delivered it with a smile and a level of hospitality that you don’t often find. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing during a busy celebration weekend. What impressed me most was the genuine warmth of the staff. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances efficiency with true hospitality, but Asiatic Hotel does it flawlessly. I would be thrilled for the opportunity to stay again—and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service near LaGuardia. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable!

The location is great. The bed is clean. The price is very reasonable. The breakfast is decent. There is a strong smell in the 4th floor hallway. The bathroom tissue dispenser is too far from the toilet. The window does not offer enough sound proof. The airplane sound is loud in the morning.
