Inside the building and room, everything was clean and facilities up to date. Building location is less than ideal but OK for 1 night. Couple of suggestions: 1. If customer asks for dining options, offer more than carry-out. We really enjoyed Don Peppe’s which was in walking distance. 2. Breakfast, offer a non-sugar cereal and/or oatmeal 3. Breakfast, announce last chance to get coffee, etc 15 minutes before the breakfast bar closes. Thanks

Awesome hotel located so close to JFK airport. The hotel shuttle service is worth its weight in gold. The room was updated and the bathroom was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

No-frills but convenient JFK overnight option. Convenient airport pick-up and drop off, updated room and bathroom, nice common area near check-in and helpful desk staff. We did not have time for the b'fast but a to-go bag was offered for those leaving before the b'fast officially starts.

Some road noise and shuttle to airport was bizarre as the van was loaded beyond capacity and was standing room only. Hotel needs shuttles on the half hour if they are overbooked.

Overall it wasn’t too bad of a stay but not worth the money. Rooms were a little small. Also, the bathroom drainage was slow. Property had Limited Street parking with minimal lightings.

The hotel itself was ok but they ordered a taxi for us for 4am we mentioned we needed it to be on time and it was confirmed it would be there. It wasn’t even when we called 15 min were told it was on the way, the driver turned up with attitude started swearing saying it’s nothing to do with him about our flight time he also took another full paying passenger so we had a shared taxi that was late and were charged full price. Will never stay at any comfort inn again as they say airport shuttle but then send an email saying it starts at 5am …

The hotel is directly across from a NY Sanitation Department truckyard which gave off a terrible smell. We had a room facing the truckyard and could smell it even with the windows closed. We moved to a room facing the rear and we still smelled the garbage trucks. You you have to keep the windows closed. Also, the room we had was incredibly small and cramped. The hotel condition and facilities were otherwise fine.
