We booked AND paid in advance for two nights from Friday to Sunday as we were coming in at 6am Saturday morning. I called the hotel and informed them of our "late" arrival. When we arrived at 6am after traveling overnight from overseas, we were told that no rooms were available as we were a "no show " and our pre-paid room was given to someone else. I explained our situation. I said I called AND emailed to let them know what time we were coming in. My family had to wait hours for a room after flying overnight. This was extremely distasteful and disappointing especially since I gave them notice. We emailed the manager about getting some compensation and have gotten no response.

There was no heat in the room at all whatsoever. The thermostat said the room is 59°, which is absolutely ridiculous. Also, there was multiple long strands of Hair on the bed as well which means the sheets were never changed, which is just disgusting

This was a very good hotel for first time NYC trippers. The price point was worth the distance for the quality. I also appreciated their willingness to provide directions. The only thing I would’ve liked was for housekeeping to have made the bed and provided towels daily. That’s something little. I would definitely stay again!
