Honestly the best stay I've ever had in New York. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I didn't have to ask for anything because they were on point. The Breakfast provided was also delicious. Would most definitely come back.

Room was neglected, room was cold in winter with no working heat (broken), tv remote was labeled “does not work” and tv didn’t work, promised a “free breakfast” but never given it, and the room was not good. Won’t be going back. Not even a 1 start hotel.
