Hotel was overall very good. We had one night stay there as we were picking up someone from JFK the next day. Room was clean, the condition was good, and they also provide breakfast. They provide shuttle to and from the airport m, which was nice. They run a website that updates the location of the shuttle. The website isn’t very good and we had to wait a long time in extreme cold since the website was giving us wrong updates. Despite calling the front desk a few times we didn’t get good and accurate response.

The staff were very friendly and the bar food was really good. We were able to take shuttle back to airport and be drop off right at the terminal. They couldn’t pick us up from the terminal because it’s against the rules. It’s convenient and clean.

This an airport hotel and there are a group of hotels next to each other. The hotel seems to have been updated in the last few years do everything was looking good. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Would stay again and actually booked for our return thru jfk in a month.
