The front desk staff were excellent along with most of the restaurant staff!! Bed was comfortable and easy to rest!! Shower needed done more attention as there were black mold/mildew around the inside of the lower extremities!!

In room 104 Ac was working but did not remove the humidity. Everything was damp. Toilet took three flushes because it was broke. One person working the bar and restaurant so it takes an hour to get a burger.

Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle and then when we got to the hotel waited 3 hours to check in (took them 20 minutes to check in one person, with at least 50 people in line). One person at the front desk (who was clueless), and then another person arrived after an hour and a bit. They eventually ran out of rooms with 20+ people in line still to check in, after telling multiple times that they had rooms for everyone. Arguably the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced

The shuttle services are not working. And the hotel does not take any action to communicate this to the customers as well, you end up waiting for the shuttle for a long time for no reason.

My family and I stayed here for one night due to an extended layover. The facilities inside the hotel were great, rooms are standard for a Hilton brand. Outside of the property, there was nothing much to see or do. However, this is expected given that it is Close to the airport and most likely majority of people staying here are just trying to get back to the airport. The airport shuttle worked out perfectly, and God is right back to the airport in the morning.
