Clean, basic hotel. Layout of the rooms is not the best. Also Home2 is not very good about offering multiple beds. Most rooms offer 1 bed and a sofabed. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful however.

This was allegedly a non smoking property. I understand marijuana is legal in NYC, hiowever, I and my family did not enjoy breathing it in or a second hand high esp w my middle school aged child. Expedia advertises this as convenient to the city. It is next to the subway but being by myself w a child, I didn't feel safe taking it alone so had to spend upwards of $300 in ubers to get everywhere because we were far away from everything by car or at least it seemed that way. I am a hilton honors member and truiy disappointed and disgusted by this stay and expedia this time around.

Good stay

Location was great, safe very quiet area, perfect to get around in NY minutes away from train station. Hotel is nice, beds and pillows are not comfy, beds are small not really a queen size. Housekeeping didn’t leave any toilet paper when she cleaned, other than that the hotel is not bad would probably stay there again if I come back. Breakfast is available but they stop the service too early… this is NY people sometimes stay out late so no one will be ready to have breakfast at 6am people, maybe them hours need to be changed or at least extend it till 11:30am

Modern, clean, close to subway

Nice, modern hotel with a good breakfast. It’s close to a subway stop. A bit of a walk to get to restaurants, etc.

The room is spacious and clean. We got off a late-night flight. It was amazing that we had a kitchen that could heat food and prepare food using plates and utensils. It is quiet and we could easily sleep through the night. One suggestion is that when the hotel is fully booked, it should prepare a proportional breakfast for the guests. It was the last day of our stay that it was too much people and not enough breakfast.

Needs some TLC

Room needed some TLC. Doorknob to bathroom was loose, bottom of the door was in bad shape. Lots of noise from next door room at midnight. Called the front desk and nothing happened. The next night the noise lasted for an hour with shrieking, laughing and stomping. I spoke with desk clerk 2x and was told the manager would call me. That did not happen. No decaf coffee. Was disappointed.
