The room was spotless the staff was very accommodating I’m so thankful to them for picking my mother and her friend up outside of shuttle hours due to flight cancellations and being of an elder age. They were patient and even gave them an a double bed room for there short layover for rest. This customer service does not go unnoticed. Also the driver of the shuttle thank you as well for going above a behind. 10/10 and definitely reccomend.

I have request room service twice no nobody ever came. Being in a four star hotel at Flushing there’s no water bottle at all on the first day arrival we had to run down by ourselves. The fan noise in the room is super loud the flashing toilet not working well it’s a great location, but I don’t know how it’s four star. Guest service in the front desk is very nice convenience location on Prince Street. But I think I can find something better.

Bed was too soft (aged). One of my days there, elevator was not working. This 75 years old man had to walk from 7th floor to lobby with my cane. However, the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.
