Very nice hotel and breakfast - highly recommend! The room was very clean and fresh, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The parking garage is very small, and we had to find parking elsewhere, so don't count on finding a spot too close.

Breakfast was horrible. Inedible really. They claim it’s “curated”, it’s basically a continental breakfast. You get the same level at a Motor Lodge Inn. Espresso not even included. My room was fine, small, but the windows are not soundproof and I faced the off ramp of the queensboro bridge. So I listened to trucks all night. This was $300 for one Thursday night.

Fantastic sized room for a family of 5 with comfy beds, air con, fridge, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel & conditioner all supplied in the room. The Hyatt Place has the most incredible shower and water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Amazing buffet breakfast included in the price in a lovely dining area which changed every day, Very polite staff although we didn’t require their services much; it felt that nothing would be too much trouble. Transport very easy to access from the hotel too. Would stay here again.
