The rooms were disgusting...dirty floors and moldy ceilings. This property and rooms were not as advertised. We reserved two queen beds and were given two full sized rooms, and later told that full sized beds are considered queen size in New York. I was also promised a refund for parking, which I never received.

Please do not stay at this hotel- this is not safe, especially for women traveling alone. The hotel is unsanitary, and the staff were unhelpful. The most dangerous part is that the deadbolt in our assigned room was nonfunctional. We asked for a new room if they had any available; the receptionist said that they were full. I was only able to stay there because my husband was with me, otherwise I would have felt completely unsafe and would have just gone back to the airport. I typically do not write 1 star reviews for the sake of courtesy but this is a warning to travelers, for your safety do not stay here.

oof...not worth it

too much to list... - bed was visibly indented on one side only - used towel hanging in the bathroom still, dried red something(blood or paint?) on floor - toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet bowl... - all furniture was heavy damaged, scratches, dried paint - noise, noise, noise... - comforter had lines/stains on one corner, but on the inside - bed skirt wasn't even on all the way

Property is not handicap or luggage accessible. Had to carry luggage up and down several steps to get to main floor and rooms. They charge for early checkin even when within 20mins of checkin time and also charge for late checkout. Black mold in bathroom shower area and peeling wallpaper in room on 1st/basement level. Airport shuttle was good. Reception area very small and staff are in small area behind glass and hard to hear them. Bed was comfortable although room furniture showed a lot of wear.

My room was double booked. While I was in my room, someone else walked right in with the key card. Later on, about 2a.m. the front desk came up to my room asking who I was and when did I check in. What a terrible experience.

Two stars purely because the lady checking me in was super nice. Place itself is rundown, seems to have some people living there regularly who are not quiet to say the least. Next time I will eat the additional 70-100 bucks and stay elsewhere.

We waited in the rain for the shuttle and no one answered the phone at hotel for 10 minutes to request the shuttle. No schedule given for morning shuttle so we missed it back to airport and had to pay for an Uber. I recommend that they post the schedule. No internet code given at check in. TV did not work. Old and run down property. Amazing Indian food across the street.
