Dump. Old, has not been upgraded since it was built. Breakfast horrible. Cereal and waffles. Bed sheets wrinkled. Had to take an Uber to the airport. Van is too small for people and luggage.

1. Receptionist didn't guide properly for airport shuttle from jfk to hotel. 2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever. 3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast. 4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.

Front desk was not helpful with where to get some dinner. And barely seemed to care we were checking in. We were told to"take your luggage down stairs" to reach the elevator. There was a lift but it wasn't offered. Maybe it didn't work? Hotel was shabby. Breakfast was out of everything except white toast, a waffle machine, OJ and coffee. No yogurt, fruit or pastries. This hotel is barely adequate.

Our 1-night stay at this hotel met our needs and expectations for a convenient, affordable place to sleep close to JFK, with shuttle service. While the decor needs refreshing, our suite was spacious, clean and the bed was much more comfortable than often seen in a budget hotel. Both shuttle drivers were welcoming and courteous. Check-in went smoothly. Not impressed with the breakfast, but when the coffee is hot, life is good!

The night receptionist needs to let people use elevator to take luggage to lower level. When we arrived she said we had to use steep stairs, NO elevator. She said that area where elevator was a storage closet! On our return the bus driver showed us the elevator. Don’t lie to the guests and say you need to use stairs which are us safe with large suitcase. We did enjoy our stay and will return to your hotel when going to JFK.

The hotel had told us that a free shuttle would collect us from the airport. The courtesy phones were not working. We waited over an hour. We were visiting from another country. We had no US Phone, no US SIM card, and no opportunity to purchase such, as by then it was 10.30pm at night, dark and lonely, and we had no clue as to where we were or where we were supposed to be going. Thankfully strangers came to our assistance. We had booked to stay three nights. We returned to the room on three separate occasions during our stay to find ourselves locked out as the door access card would not work. There was only one bedside table. Coffee etc. was not replenished. The room smelled very damp. When we booked the free shuttle back to the airport upon our departure, we (and other guests) had to wait 50 minutes. Despite what reception told us, when the shuttle finally arrived it was obvious it had been used to collect cleaning supplies, leaving guests stranded and panicking about missing flights. We are very unhappy guests...and not the only ones.

Convenient location for an early rise to get to JFK, and that’s where the positives end. - FYI: $25 for parking unless you on street park. - Wardrobe missing one handle. - Nightstand had no knobs on either drawer. - Only artwork was writing on the walls in the main room and bathroom. - TV was broken. - Free breakfast supposedly starts at 6am, not not one stitch of food was out at 6:10. - Felt dirty, although I do believe sheets were clean.
