I tried to have fun but every time I look, they’re stealing money from my card it was a horrible experience. I came here before this is my second time visiting his hotel the first time everything was wonderful. I had to cancel my credit card because of fraud at the front desk.

The view from our room was gorgeous- and the gym downstairs was a bonus! Breakfast was easy and there was a good assortment. We were able to walk to see the Mets game easily

The employees were all very nice. The room was clean, although not perfect. The room was small for the price, but I suspect that’s more of a New York issue than with the hotel specifically. It’s an easy walk to Citi Field if you’re visiting for an event there. The walls are very thin, I could easily hear the hallway and adjacent rooms.

These hotel is pretty much convenient for the purpose of sleeping and having a safe space. The breakfast was not what I was expecting it had little variety, and the staff who was in charge for the breakfast counter blowed the waffle maker, which is kind of not hygienic. This hotel has no stairs to go up to the rooms. The room has a TV with no function, because it’s not connected to any cable station or provider. Overall, these hotel can improve in many places, but it was good. Served the purpose of our visit.

Overall, the experience was great. The room was clean and the staff were kind, but we did have to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for our room to be ready even though we were there at check-in time. Also, parking is not always guaranteed, so we had to park in the lot down the block. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
