They’ve got fairly recent tvs with Chromecast. Too bad they don’t work. A member of staff came to my room to fix it and even before trying, he candidly admitted “we know there’s this issue, sometime they work but most of the times they don't" I was puzzled. On check-out day, I've been randomly charged a full-price breakfast even though I confirmed I wanted to have breakfast on check-in day, taking advantage of a lower pricing compared to a breakfast paid on the spot. A concierge member, due to the misfortune with the TV in my room offered a free breakfast, so you can imagine my surprise. When enquiring about it, the reps "Marina" ( the same one who took care of my check-in ) mumbled "I'll look into it, anyway, we waived yesterday's breakfast, not today's one. Which is completely random as I only stayed one day, so there was only 1 breakfast. ( I just received a message that she'll add 3000 points to my IHG account, whatever...) It's started OK, went about crappy, then ended in the worst manner. Never again. Adieu Voco!

Cruise Terminal Brilliant

We picked property because of its proximity to the cruise terminal. Turns out it’s quite lovely as well as convenient. Lobby is welcoming and restaurant is great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Quiet! Easy walk to additional places to eat. Half mile stroll to bus station and national express station. Definitely worthy of a return trip.

The hotel is very well appointed and very close to the port for cruisers. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our only problem was that we ate at the bar and ordered a couple of very tasty sandwiches that took over 45 minutes to be delivered. Our server was very apologetic and had to personally go to the very slow kitchen three times to push them to prepare them

I loved the hotel, it was the first time I’d stayed and I normally stay at the Harbour Hotel. The only thing I could fault was the crack in my window and the bed was quite hard despite the topper. The linen, duvet and pillows were amazing and I loved the room and hotel decor. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay

Very nice hotel right on the docks. Lovely and clean and very modern. Room was nice and quiet and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a great deal too with lots to choose from. We parked right outside and the charge was £15 for 24 hours which we thought was fair. Would stay again if we are ever back in the area.
